Pure evil.
Islamic militants generally won’t allow women to wear pants, vote, drive, use birth control, go to college, or disagree with their husbands and fathers, but it appears that they have absolutely no problem offering them the encouragement, tools, and opportunity to blow themselves up for “the cause.”
