I don’t want to sell anything, buy anything, or process anything as a career. I don’t want to sell anything bought or processed, or buy anything sold or processed, or process anything sold, bought, or processed, or repair anything sold, bought, or processed. You know, as a career, I don’t want to do that.

Perhaps, if you do not have a pre-teen girl, you are not familiar with the phenomenon that is Hannah Montana. Suffice it to say that she’s a Huge Big Deal. And somehow my 12 year old girl has managed to score a ticket, via a kind friend with an extra, to her Knoxville concert. She’s pretty excited.

That’s all my niece talks about, and she doesn’t have a ticket. I was going to get her one for her bday in September, but then I thought maybe organ donation for material gratification was sending the wrong message. ;-> So, she’s going to listen to her CD, watch a DVD, and contemplate the ruination of her life due to adults who “just don’t understand” instead of being there in person. Just doing my part to get her ready for her teen years!

I have a preteen daughter and am still not familiar with Hannah Montana, although I have the impression it’s some character played by Billy Ray Cyrus’ daughter.

Achy Breaky Heart is still too recent for me…

Some guy here won tickets in a radio station contest by holding onto a statue for 6 days. SIX. DAYS. Hmmmm… I never even heard of this Montana person!

Isn’t she from Tennesse? I think on her TV show she said she was…

I’m sure your daughter will love the concert.
Lucky girl!!
