Indigo, Rufus, Rico and Catfish November 20, 2007
My daughter, J. has decided that I should give my kids new names on the blog. Instead of using the first letter of their first names to identify them, She has decided that she should be referred to as “Indigo.” Her brothers should be “Rufus” (16 year old) and “Rico” (9 year old) and her baby sister should be “Catfish.”
I am really enjoying Indigo lately. She showed me her letter to Santa last night and the first lines were:
Dear Santa:
I do believe I have been a perfectly delightful child this year….
And she has!
[...] not even sure about Catfish. And while I’m on the subject, Katie, I don’t think J gets to come up with her own [...]
I must agree Indigo has been a perfectly delightful child… We adore her friendship to N & S.
I think Indigo suits her well… Perhaps a poll is in order?
