This story has really left me sad.

It’s a reality that the mentally ill…and our loved ones…have to deal with every day.

There is still a tremendous stigma in the health community that mental health is not something “real” with which they must contend.

I am one of the lucky ones. If it weren’t for my husband, my family, my social standing, my psychiatrist, and my meds, I would be dead.
